We’re looking for a commercial inside sales lead to join our growing team and to help us transform the way people shop online.
In your day-to-day, you’ll partner with your account executive to create meaningful relationships with our commercial clients, navigate their org structure, and sell avo’s solutions to their respective departmentsYou’ll also work closely with our growth team on helping execute event and corporate gift initiatives.

We are looking for someone who embraces a sales quota, is a people person, data-driven, creative, and a self-starter with extensive experience in sales, relationship management, and customer-facing rolesIf this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.
Build strong client relationships to help upsell existing commercial clients.
Act as the main point-of-contact for our clients’ day-to-day communication; own overall client satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities and by working closely with the team to optimize and retain the client’s business.
Map the relevant stakeholders and decision makers within the organization, and work with them to identify their employee engagement pain points and share how our solutions can help
Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
Pitch new avo offerings to our commercial clients as they become available, helping them take advantage of the latest and great avo has to offer.
What we’re looking for:
2-3 years in sales and/or customer relationship management, with a proven track record of driving sales and meeting the company’s kpis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to details.
Skilled at working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute new program initiatives and develop partnerships.
Intellectually curious, creative, and inquisitiveSomeone with an interest in understanding how things work.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients.
Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment and is able to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet.
