About the position
The key account manager – e-commerce will be responsible for supporting an established and emerging book of business by providing account management and support, financial analysis, and strategic leadershipThis position is part of a team, is remote, and has no direct reportsThis position reports directly to the srDirector of sales – key accounts.
Develop, manage, and execute e-commerce commercial strategies
Build and execute annual business plans for assigned e-commerce accounts
Review, analyze and summarize pos and sell-in data weekly for select customersProvide recommended buys, style or sku adds and analysis as needed
Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts
Build and maintain forecast files for e-commerce accounts; work cross functionally to provide forecast information
Monitor and maintain drop list with recommended replacement styles for all e-commerce accounts
Build and maintain vendor agreement/coop/rebate file e-commerce accountsMonitor and maintain all marketing and advertising fundsWork cross functionally to ensure rebates and coops are accrued for, tracked, and paid in a timely manner
Work closely with augusta sportswear brands marketing team to develop and deliver a+ content as needed for accounts
Work cross functionally within augusta sportswear brands, to craft and implement key account specific projects, strategy and solutions as needed
4+ years of sales account/e-commerce management experience
Amazon account management experience required
Strong communication, computer, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strategic, solution-oriented thinker
Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, have a positive attitude and work well on a team
Experience in apparel/headwear or licensed/team sports preferred
Experience with outlook, powerpoint and excel required
