We are building out the latest generation of credit reporting services supporting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, on mobile and desktop. Our ideal candidate acts as the face of the company, and will apply effective sales strategies while promoting the financial growth of the company and creating strong relationships with clients. The VP of Sales is responsible for cultivating new business relationships and establishing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients that are mutually beneficial and profitable. The VP of Sales is also responsible for providing strategic vision and digital solutions for clients, as well as managing the day-to-day communication, marketing, and operations of their portfolio. Must be able to successfully develop and execute profitable digital strategies to grow and diversify distribution channels for current and future company products.
Manage and grow a portfolio through affiliate and digital marketing initiatives, as well as, new business development.
Assess client needs, expectations, and foster growth within assigned accounts.
Facilitate all ongoing growth by reviewing quarterly results with all accounts and conduct strategic presentations for all advertising and business entities.
Identify new sources of revenue and extend business reach on behalf of all advertisers through new publisher relationships or optimizing affiliate marketing campaign strategies.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase revenue, market share and profitability.
Onboard all new prospective clients by ensuring they have the proper documentation and legal agreements.
Manage daily communication with partners and troubleshoot potential client issues.
Lead recruitment efforts and the optimization of components on weekly client calls, documenting, and disseminating assigned tasks across all account teams, and ensuring successful execution of all assigned tasks.
Train and develop Client Partnerships and Associates to effectively execute tactical components of affiliate marketing campaigns.
Discern which campaigns are best suited for the client then establish and properly enter all aspects into the CRM, email all creative assets, and place the secure tracking pixels for traffic to begin.
Identify opportunities to better optimize campaign results by interpreting standards and custom reports.
Review weekly sales data to ensure the affiliates numbers are trending favorably for both client and advertiser and that goals are inline with our LTV.
Maintain constant communication with clients via phone, email, skype, social media, etc. to ensure constant success on both ends.

Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate and convey complex results in a simple, effective and clear manner, must possess a solid business acumen, while demonstrating a competent level of command, while understanding digital marketing concepts.
The ability to spot new sales opportunities and identify growth opportunities within the marketplace.
Ability to influence and develop account strategies that leverage analysis and insights to contribute to meeting exceeding advertiser objectives.
Possess the knowledge to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and are able to directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns and quarterly business results.
Must be a results-oriented problem solver.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or digital marketing.
5+ years of experience required in the online marketing industry and digital performance marketing.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software preferred.
