We are seeking a technical savvy, a self-starter Sales Director, who has excellent communication skills, competent doing sales in B2B SaaS products in the FinTech/Consumer Credit industry. We are building out the latest generation of credit reporting services supporting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, on mobile and desktop. Our ideal candidate acts as the face of the company, and will apply effective sales strategies while promoting the financial growth of the company and creating strong relationships with clients. The Sales Director is responsible for finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships. This will be accomplished by identifying opportunities with prospective and new clients and building them into long-term profitable relationships.
Make sales calls and reach out to prospective clients identified by the Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
Present and demonstrate the value of the company products and services to prospective buyers.
Compile and analyze sales data to find trends.
Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
Stay current on the company’s offering and industry trends.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to secure sales.
Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Develops Sales Development Representative’s skills and encourages growth.
Motivates and encourages the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Proven sales track record with the ability to apply engineering, technology, and other related principles to product sales.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
3+ years of sales experience required.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, strongly preferred.
Experience using Outreach would be a plus.
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or other relevant role.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software preferred.
