Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a technical savvy, a self-starter Sales Development Representative, who has excellent communication skills, competent doing sales in B2B SaaS products in the FinTech/Consumer Credit industry. We are building out the latest generation of credit reporting services supporting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, on mobile and desktop. Our ideal candidate acts as the face of the company, and will apply effective sales strategies while promoting the financial growth of the company and creating strong relationships with clients.The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating qualified sales opportunities for the Sales Director and the sales development team. This person is responsible for servicing all related inquiries with a focus on assessing and catering to the needs of each prospect. The Sales Development Representative focuses on both inbound and outbound sales.
Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
Anticipate and create outreach strategies for new lead generation.
Support the Sales Director and sales team on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts.
Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.
Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
Contact all prospects generated by outside sources to further the sales process.
Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to initiate a successful sales cycle.
Set appointments for Sales Director when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a Sales Director.
Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars and set meetings for conferences.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.
Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in customer relationship management (CRM) application.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of proven experience in business development and sales.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, strongly preferred.
Experience using Outreach would be a plus.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software preferred.
