About the Role
Arduino’s U.S. office is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new growth and manage existing business accounts for our PRO product line. The role requires an exceptional sales talent who can operate on a tactical level with strong strategic and managerial skills. The Sales Manager position is the first of its kind in the U.S. and offers the opportunity for accelerated career advancement for the right candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess years of enterprise sales experience deploying tactics to generate leads, negotiate terms, close opportunities, and manage key accounts. As an individual contributor and team manager, you have a proven track record of meeting quotas in various economic climates. You are confident in developing and implementing new sales strategies and adhering to existing sales processes. We prefer candidates with a background in selling technology to system integrators or embedded hardware components to OEM/ODM. Bonus if you have experience in IoT, Industrial Automation, AI, or security.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. We prefer candidates who are located near Austin or Chicago.
