We are looking for a talented power-seller to fill the role of a Tier 2 Digital Advertising Account Executive. As the Digital Advertising Account Executive, you should have a sales DNA with strong consultative skills. Highly versed with great Automotive category acumen, digital/data coaching, and exceptional storytelling ability to educate prospective clients. An ideal candidate would have a digital automotive product seller's background with a strong sales track record and an automotive advertising community network. You will work closely with OEM marketing clients, T2 Dealer Group Associations, and their agency of record to design and execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. Our offices are located in Seattle, Detroit, Dallas, St Louis, and Chicago but this role may work remotely anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
T2 digital advertising sales
Educate Agencies, OEMs, and Dealers of Sincro’s advertising platform and advertising products
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Act as a point of contact for clients for digital strategy, management and execution
Coordinate T2 marketing strategies with the broader digital ecosystem of Tier 1 and Tier 3
Provide data insights and analytics for all digital campaigns
Analyze digital campaigns success and provide media recommendations
Work closely with internal digital operations, product, marketing and analytics teams
Represent brand & dealer interests across all media offerings (e.g. Display, Video, Digital TV, SEM, SEO, Social, Hispanic)
Meet or exceed annual Revenue Goals while using a consultative, selling style
Other Requirements
Proven sales experiences
Account/Media work experience with Agency or Publishers
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, display, mobile, social, CRM and website software
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Campaigns
In-Depth understanding of online marketing tools, social media platforms
Experience with customer service and account management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work with cross functional digital marketing teams to successfully implement local strategies. Above average political / relationship skills to navigate cross-organizational customer politics.
5-8 years advertising sales or agency experience, social media, search, event/promotional or account management experience required. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Automotive T1/T2 media sales experience preferred
Personality traits and other normal requirements: organized, analytical, persuasive, inspirational, self-confident, and flexible, yet takes and defends positions.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry/technical experience
Travel: 50%; Client inter-facing role; Home-based; Ideally lives near a major airport
