The on-premise regional sale manager plays a vital role in growing cutwater spirits’ market-share by building strong relationships with distributors to achieve optimal sales in an expanded geographical areaThey assist with distributor sales forces to execute national marketing and sales strategiesThe on-premise regional sales manager also works with distributors to achieve stretch targets and ensure compliance in accordance with agreed upon standardsThey provide inspiring leadership and motivate everyone they engage with to work hard while having fun and passionately sharing the cutwater spirits story.
While the company is headquartered in san diego, ca, this position spends of the bulk of their time in the field in their assigned market.
Develop, manage, and lead a high producing sales team across the assigned geography.
Execute national marketing programs to achieve all sales related objectives including volume, distribution, and brand awareness.
Ensure continued success in home and away markets through creating plans to meet volume and distribution goals while holding their distributors accountable.
Leads sales team by setting the standards for call frequency, inventory maintenance, stock and inventory levels, promotional activities, assist with setting up and manage pricing, and follow up on delivery issues.
Bachelor`s degree (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent required.
5 or more years of sales/business development experience required.
Spirits/alcohol beverage industry knowledge a must.
3 or more years sales experience in beverage alcohol industry.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
