Position purpose
In this position, the nbd operations specialist will create, refine, and implement all business processes and training for apbs (andersen professional building services) and andersen national accountsThe nbd operations specialist, will be the liaison between the apbs dealership and corporate functions, specifically, finance, legal, and itThis role will also be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance within apbs and andersen national accounts.
Position responsibilities
Develop, refine, and implement business process used within the apbs and andersen national accounts business unitsIdentify areas of improvement and refine the process accordingly.
Develop, refine, and implement multimedia training and standard work for every role within apbs and national accounts.
Develop, implement, and manage a compliance program for subcontractors, business processes, and payment transactionsIncluding the completion of annual compliance audits, report out, and process refinement.
Be the liaison between apbs/national accounts and corporate functions specifically; finance, legal, and certFacilitate work around process change, improvements, and specific needs for the direct business.
Lead, participate and/or collaborate in cross functional projects as they are identified
Execute and manage the existing apbs safety plan
Minimum qualification, skills and/or compentency requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently or as a team
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong competence in microsoft office
Knowledge of lean process improvement
Experience in creating training material and conducting training sessions
Strong oral and written communication skills
