We’re looking for a content marketing manager to help scale our thought leadership and demand generation content programsYou will provide creative strategy and copywriting support for a variety of different formats and channels designed to educate and engage our hr, benefits, and healthcare broker audiences.
What you’ll do
Pitch ideas for new content pieces and bring existing content briefs from concept to final execution Write and edit copy for articles, ebooks, infographics and other visual content, webinars, landing pages, white papers, and other content types Perform thorough background research using reputable source materials Interview internal and external subject matter experts Perform keyword research and optimize web content around relevant topics and terms Collaborate with illustrators and producers on visual storytelling and content design Manage approvals and deadlines with internal and external reviewers / contributors Partner with our demand generation lead on content targeting and distribution Track performance of content pieces and analyze trends to understand what resonates with our audiences
Your skills and experience
3-5 years b2b content marketing or editorial experience with long-form, short-form, and visual content Proficient copywriting and editing skills Strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives Clear understanding of b2b marketing funnel and buyer stages, and what content types work well for each Ability to adapt tone and writing style to different audiences and formats Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Healthcare industry experience, particularly policy and regulation, a big plus
