Arw is looking for territory managers to join our real estate division! this is a remote position and can be based anywhere is the us.
In this position you will market, promote and sell arw home warranty products to real estate brokers and agents to promote our home warranty as an integral piece of the residential real estate transactionYou will get to cultivate strong relationships and uncover opportunities that will increase warranty sales in your region.
Summary of responsibilities:
Prospect, create, develop, and maintain accounts in designated sales region.
Track sales activity and prospects in crm program.
Effectively communicate the value of a home warranty to real estate professionals, and promote the benefits of home warranty programs.
Present and speak to educate large and small groups of real estate professionals.
Ensure real estate offices have our marketing materials to help them promote our service.
Assist clients with questions and inquiries regarding customer coverage.
Problem solve any issues and assist with claim processes as needed.
Participate in residential real estate events, conventions, trade shows, and social events.
Conduct business during normal business hours and some evenings/weekends — overnight travel may be needed on occasion to service accounts throughout region.
2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in real estate, insurance, mortgage, title, or home warranty, however, candidates from companies with robust sales training programs will be considered.
Demonstrated success in a consultative selling and/or account management environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening and opportunity qualification skills.
Strong presentation skills including public speaking.
Experience in outside sales and b2b business development is preferred.
Experience working on virtual field sales account teams.
Passion for sales within a home service environment and the business value it drives.
Ability to travel within assigned sales region.
Competence handling difficult customer issues and skillful with conflict resolution.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
