Ability to demonstrate a sales hunter mentality with proven results across f1000/g2000.
A track record of engaging at the right executive level while pitching high value solutioning initiating digital transformation.
Ability to create and maintain a strategic account plan and adjust during client collaboration
A hunter dna brining at least 2 new logo’s quarterly and positioning amelia as their automation / digital transformation partner.
Exhibit a track record of current and past relationships at the c, svp and vp level to introduce ai/automation conversation resulting in client coaching and new opportunities for exposing amelia as their digital virtual assistantThis should result in new opportunities.
Build, manage, qualify, and close deals within a rolling 12-month sales pipeline.
Ability to own and drive a sales process while also knowing when to pause and ask for help.
Effectively and efficiently engage amelia resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity in the sales process: engineering, marketing, proposal development, finance and other departments as neededA win together approach!
Competence in the ability to shape deals and define a business case that is appropriate for the labor savings model for automation and conversational ai solutions.
Knowledge of roi models and the ability to speak to labor savings and impact based on conversational ai and autonomic solutions.
Understand all amelia partner relationships and how to effectively leverage them.
Experience in call centers and how to position digital employees for human agent augmentation while driving better metrics such as aht, csat, nps, abandon rates and other defined key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience selling saas, automation solutions and managed services.
Experience selling into areas supporting call centers such as customer care, hr, service/help desk and sales.
Extensive business processing outsource (bpo) involvement supporting voice and chat inbound or outbound interactions.
Prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus.
Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas.
Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities at any given time.
Experience working at a highly matrixed organization is preferred.
