The indie houses is an international collective of publishers composed of games industry veteransBetween the seven publishers (akupara games, fellow traveller, neon doctrine, raw fury, those awesome guys, toge productions, whitethorn games) and our developers, we span multiple continents, languages, genres and points of view.

About the job:
Part-time
We are looking for a mid-senior level producer to manage live events, charitable efforts, biz dev and internal organization projectsThe producer will manage all aspects of production processes including team management, project tracking, schedule monitoring, partner relations and product deliverables.
You are:
Experienced in the game industry and comfortable navigating creative and technical requirements.
Knowledgeable about the indie games marketing and publishing spaces.
A deep understanding of the marketing opportunities available on each platform, with a focus on sales and events.
Experienced in coordinating concepts from the initial pitch to the final delivery.
Able to navigate a variety of relationships and weigh multiple viewpoints while remaining diplomatic, agile and actionable.
A leader: comfortable delegating tasks, solving roadblocks, and overseeing progress.
A spreadsheet master: you live for budgets and track everything with impeccable detail.
An excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple timezones, cultures and team-sizes.
Goal-oriented, an expert at time-management and balancing multiple projects and priorities.
Experienced working with remote teams.
Passionate about charitable efforts, representation of marginalized groups and advocating for change and transparency within the games industry.
Able to work alone or alongside other producers, depending on the task.
Bonus:
Multi-lingual.
Experienced in setup and logistics of steam events.
Connected: people in games and games media know you and value your expertise!
Experienced in video and trailer production.
