Developing new user-facing features using react
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Staying up to date on the latest innovations within the front-end development ecosystem, and sharing that knowledge with the team
Evaluating new front-end technologies and determining whether they might benefit our end-user experiences and development efficiency
Thorough understanding of react and its core principles of component reuse and unidirectional data flow
Experience interacting with back-end apis via rest, grpc, and graphql
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as oauth2
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as webpack
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Ability to cross collaborate with other software engineering teams at aiva health
Familiarity with code versioning tools.
