We are looking for event producers to join our growing pool of external/contract talent!

The temporary producer is a contract/part-time positionContracts may range from one day of onsite event assistance, to several months of pre-work, planning and strategyProducers execute and facilitate client strategies, projects and logisticsThe producer must be a proven team builder and leader and serve as a trusted advocate for ea clients by managing vendor relationships and budgets with integrityThe producer will serve as an ambassador of the agency ea brand and core values.
Collaborate with agency departments from initial event strategy through actualization of projects.
Participate in rfp response development.
Manage all live, hybrid, virtual event logistics and timelines from conception to completion for projects with 1,000+ attendees.
Ability to lead project teams, or serve as supplementary line role support
Partner with business development, client services, creative service, finance and marketing teams to set goals and ensure that event strategies and processes are aligned.
Create and maintain project timelines/workback schedules and staffing plans throughout the lifecycle of projects.
Ensure all projects are produced to the highest quality of ea standards and that objectives and deliverables are met.
Manage budgets with integrity and transparency at all times.
Manage all aspects of event execution including onsite agency, contractor and vendor teams.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of all b2b event elements (i.eRegistration, general session, av, f&b, décor, signage and branding, evening events, tradeshows and exhibitors, speaker and entertainment, breakouts, transportation, etc.).
Provide leadership and mentoring to associate producers and production coordinators.
Build trusted, “go-to” partnerships with vendors, event staff and internal departments.
Be able to think fast on your feet to resolve issues that arise in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
Maintain and expand supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing and services.
Demonstrates extraordinary interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving leadership, decision-making and team building.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of success in experiential events execution and management.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of leading industry trends.
Proven track record in developing and delivering winning events and strategies to clients.
Client centric mentality - extensive experience interfacing with clients and vendors.
Experience managing project teams throughout pre-planning and onsite execution.
Extensive budget experience including initial scoping and management of project budgets $3m+.
Experience managing rfqs and contractor, vendor and venue contracts including negotiating agreement terms and pricing, multiple bidding protocols, and invoicing.
Fabrication, trade show, signage & branding experience are a plus.
Experience/knowledge in backend management of various meeting platforms including but not limited to zoom host, google hangouts, teams, webex, etc.
Knowledge of virtual event platforms a plus.
Virtual event platforms including but not limited to hopin, on24, swoogo, swapcard, kaltura, etc.
Proficiency in the latest versions of microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and keynote.
Experience in g suite products and asana a plus.
Inventive, dynamic, confident problem solving skills.
Superior attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, work independently and contribute to a team environment.
Organizational and project management skills.
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Some travel required.
