Advance’s corporate marketing team is a strategic and dynamic team helping to drive advance’s transformation by establishing the advance brand as the premier customer-focused omnichannel auto parts retailerThe team will achieve this by bringing together innovative thinking and forward-looking programs in the areas of advertising, media, social media, content marketing, creative & design, and customer insights in support of advance auto parts and its portfolio of brands (that includes diehard, advance professional, carquest, technet, worldpac, autoparts international, among others.
We are looking for an experienced creative producer to support the design efforts for the social media and content marketing teamYou will partner closely with our creative strategist, social media manager, and content manager to bring to life our owned campaigns, organic social media, and our content hubYou will be creating and designing organic social media assets to be used across all social channelsYou will produce creative assets for our content hubYou will maintain advance auto parts’ visual brand guidelines through cohesive design colors, imagery, and copyAt the core, you have a pulse on the latest design trends within the social media realm and have a love for all things trending across the internetThe ideal candidate designs with an authentic feel in mindWe’re looking for someone to bring a realistic touch to our social channels and content hub through ugc and more real-life imagery vsOverly stylized, perfectly created content.
This position reports to the creative strategist and is based in advance auto parts’ raleigh, nc headquarters, though remote candidates are welcome to apply.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Create organic social assets across platforms - facebook, instagram, tiktok, pinterest, twitter, linkedin, youtube
Create infographics and other creative assets for advance auto parts’ content hub
Update outdated imagery on our content hub
Create assets that are both static and/or video
Collaborate with social team on project concepts to bring ideas to life
Innovate new and exciting visual designs that capture the target market’s attention
Perform retouching and manipulation of images when needed
Continually assessing the media landscape looking for opportunities to engage new audiences visually
Develop social templates based on brand guidelines
Improving the quality and consistency of our visual identity across social media to help the audience identify our content
At the direction of the creative strategist, execute creative concepts, ideas and treatments to use across brand appropriate social platforms (including instagram, tiktok, facebook, twitter, youtube and pinterest).

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years` experience, preferably with a large brand; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
A focus on organic social media asset creation, extensive experience specifically with graphics and video for instagram, tiktok, facebook, twitter, linkedin, pinterest, and youtube
Experience with photography and video shooting/editing is a plus
Ability to produce deliverables within a quick turnaround time
Proficient in photoshop, illustrator, sketch, indesign, and other design/editing software
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Compelling portfolio of work with a special focus on digital first initiatives
Excellent eye for detail and ability to multitask
Adapts well to the fast-paced working environment
Ideal candidates have experience working at large companies and on known brands that regularly make significant investments in the areas of advertising and mediaRetail experience and/or enthusiasm about the automotive space is a plus.
