Job description
Aet is seeking an experienced commissioning agent with experience in health care, medical facilities, k-12, state and federal projects.
The successful team member will possess:
Diplomatic communication skills with all disciplines on a project
Leadership skills both internally and externally
Effective, methodical organizational skills
Ability to think `out-of-the-box`
Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience
Ability to travel
Accomplished in commissioning theory and application
Working knowledge of building systems
Cxa, cp, bca, cem, and leed accreditation or pe in mechanical engineering
Ability to systematically manage projects and disciplines including testing, adjusting and balancing, controls and facilities operation management
Ability to review documentation to insure that the owner`s project requirements will be met
Ability to manage chaos in dynamic situations
Ability to develop commissioning plans, pre-functional and functional testing procedures
Witness testing
Manage project log, change orders and issues report
Compile and issue a final report
Interact with a growing, dynamic team
