As a regional sales manager, reporting to the head of sales, you will oversee a team of account executives as well as be responsible to sell into accounts in your designated territoryAs the field team`s manager, you will work with each of the team members to develop appropriate territory and account strategies to support their quarterly revenue targetsThe right candidate will be a dynamic and engaging sales player-coach who can execute to meet revenue targets, while refining a sales playbook focused on smb organizations to ensure the team continuously improves its performance.

Carry a quota as an experienced sales executive
Use creativity alongside business standard methods to identify, qualify, pitch, and close high-quality opportunities
Lead a team of account executives reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement that values growth
Take ownership of sales opportunities and manage the pipeline to increase efficiency of the sales cycle and team itself
Hire, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve and exceed their business and personal goals, allowing them to have control over their career progression
Assist in the maturation of a scalable sales organization that finds creative ways to exceed business expectations and set actzero apart in the market

Are a high energy and adaptable technology salesperson with at least 4 years of experience as a sales rep, account executive, or sales executive, selling b2b software or saas products or services (or 2 years as an ae or sales executive in b2b cybersecurity software or services)
Have 3+ years overall sales management experience leading b2b sales team in a saas or cybersecurity environment
Have a demonstrated track record of success and progression in sales organizations
Bring experience in hiring, nurturing, coaching, and promoting sales professionals to further their growth and success
Work well in a fast-paced environment and face unique obstacles with positivity and integrity
Are committed to both professional development and business growth in a rapidly expanding market
Possess excellent presentation skills and are an empathetic relationship builder
