Social media and events coordinator Media and events coordinator (assurity steward)
Are you ready to change the lives of couples all over the world? then welcome to assurity! assurity is our masterclass and relationship program here at achieving joyWe are seeking a media and events coordinator who utilizes various media sources and events to engage with the assurity audience to develop a relatable program voiceContent creation, effective communication, social media management and program engagement are the cornerstones of this workThe long term intention is to automate the assurity program and share it with the worldThe me coordinator reports directly to the ceo and founder and works closely with the copy editor, graphic designer and assurity guidesThis position is 20 hours a week with the potential to move into full timeCompensation is $17-20 per hour based on experience.
Please submit social media campaigns and/or programs you have coordinated/managed
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
-craft engaging campaigns and program content that inspire clinicians and clients and trends with market changes
-coordinates schedules and budgets for retreat/venue spaces for assurity events
-ability to collaborate and create social media posts, texts, images and videos that engage assurity’s target market, start and follow conversations on social media accounts and support clinicians and clients via social media, email and phone.
-identify social media events, influencers and hashtags that align with assurity’s intention and target audience.
-vast knowledge of social media platforms, productivity tools and time management applications that will enhance the program and a quick learner of new programs
-creates and executes business to business and business to client strategies for the program
-ensures that participant and program goals (program, financial, personnel, professional development, and trainings) are met in accordance with hippa rules and program policies.
-actively participates in the development of program budgets and monitors program performance according to set budget guidelines.
-assures that staff and program goals (clinical, financial, personnel, professional development, and trainings) are met in accordance with established program policies and procedures and contract expectations
-submits program performance reports and invoices in accordance with agency rules and contract requirements
-perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the founder and ceo
