We are looking for a recruiter to join our team.
Initiate candidate contact, interviews, and follow-ups(full cycle recruiting) Source talent using various recruiting tools Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline within technical skill focus. Leverage research skills to capture, organize, and share candidate and sourcing information. Employ a consultative relationship with our client-facing account managers and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and search strategies. Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment. Actively contribute to the definition of future recruiting processes and sourcing strategy. Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background tests when applicable.
2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for both full-time and contract roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience with agency or cold-calling. Outstanding organizational skills. Experience recruiting in erp space (oracle/sap) desirable. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Contract to hire: 3 – 6 months
