The primary focus of the account coordinator is to provide client service support to account managers, media buyers, campaign analysts, creative and sales teams for audiencexYou will assist in the day-to-day administration of our various accounts, including maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail oriented campaign and project management and occasional professional communication with client contacts as needed.
Responsibilities
Understand clients’ business, products, and their competition
Support various administrative projects, when needed
Provide operational and reporting support for programmatic media buying team
Remain actively involved in “day-to-day” client initiatives, including understanding of business-building, strategy, media and creative projects
Help maintain weekly client status and data reports
Create client facing timelines, emails, presentation decks, and reports
Monitor health of digital media campaigns and raise any concerns to media buyers
Requirements
1-2+ years of advertising agency experience
Prior experience communicating with clientele directly
Knowledgable about advertising trends in the digital space
Self motivated and resourceful
Proficient with gsuite (gmail, google docs, google calendar, google sides), keynote and powerpoint, google slides
Intermediate microsoft excel
