Roles and responsibilities
Experience in writing c#, vb.net and ms sql server
Technologies: .net framework, ado.net, web api, database programming,
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures and design, data management
Professional user interface development experience using javascript frameworks (i.eReact, node.js, vue) on medium-large multi-tiered web applications
Front-end user interface development experience
Excellent communication, time management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required
In-depth knowledge of framework code and methods of component architecture
Experience with optimization skills to improve performance, scalability, and usability of applications, cross-browser compatibility testing, and web security
Strong presentation, documentation and verbal communications skills.
Preferred skills
Similar experience within a large health plan or claims administrator (tpa)
Health application experience with any of the following areas: claims processing, eligibility maintenance, utilization management, plan benefits, provider and contract maintenance
Technical experience with hipaa transaction sets and analyzing health data
