This candidate will represent the customer and develop aftersales product and service offeringsLead proof of concepts at the intersections of product development, product design and product marketing domainsProject manage the definition, development and deployment of product specific strategies to enable all current and future proactive customer services offerings.
What you will do:
Work closely with different other precision ag and digital departments to ensure a unified approach
Lead as product management role to develop business cases, customer value and define project plan
Maintain all aspects of product specifications including specification and options listings
Enable fellow product managers to offer services, tools and products related to aftersales and customer support
Work closely with the parts commercial department to identify opportunities on new use cases to be explored and validated
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or agricultural engineering
5+ years’ experience in the field of ag machinery/technology, distribution development and/or product manager roles
A plus if you have:
Fluent in english with solid writing and oral skills, additional language competencies in german, french, and/or portuguese a plus
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage projects effectively
Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
