• work on split shifts; 09.00am -01.00pm (4 hrs) & 6pm to 10pm (4 hrs) | for male • work on split shifts; 08.00am – 12.00noon (4 hrs) & 05.00pm – 09.00pm (4 hrs) | for female • earn up to 10,400 addition to the monthly salary • 06 hrs gap between two timings to concentrate / involve in your own work • handling inbound calls effectively • understand and resolve customer complaints • provide service related information & solutions for customers • qualification: g.c.e (o/l) with minimum pass in mathematics & english or call center experience • excellent soft skills; able to communicate in sinhala is a must • communication skills in english and tamil would be a definite advantage • ideal job for school leavers, following higher studies • customer service experience is an added advantage • flexible to work on shifts & weekends will be a definite advantage
Compensation and benefits candidates close to colombo and within 20km (colombo and gampaha district |wattala, kandana, kiribathgoda, kelaniya, ragama) radius will be provided with company transport (condition apply)
