National oem sales leader

As an national oem sales leader, you will be working within the motion business area, the account manager develops, implements, and updates the account strategy for sales in wauwatosa, wisconsin from the customer’s perspectiveThis position is responsible for managing the development of serial machine oem accountsThis involves aspects as commercial agreements, proposal development, global pricing development, risk assessment and sales strategiesThis role serves as business consultant to senior managers, project participants, customers while working with a variety of complex multilevel interactionsThe individual is responsible for developing and growing abb’s relationship and market share through attracting new customers and by increasing share with existing customers.

Your responsibilities
Lead, and develop solution sales for low voltage drives at key and complex oem and end user accounts
Work closely with regional sales engineers, segment bdms, and channel partners to drive oem pursuits.
Lead plan and next steps cadences with regional sales teams and hold accountability in accordance with plan and within crm (customer relationship management)
Work with global teams to coordinate activity with target oem (original equipment manufacturer) and end user accounts
Collaborate with other abb divisions and the industry team to develop sales opportunities.
Business development involves global coordination, tailoring product solutions, risk assessment and multi-level collaboration, have research the business and requirements.
Maintain and expand customer relationship, ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meet all client needs appropriate to their business.
Meet or exceed assigned sales budget in targeted business segments.
Coordinate the implementation of global agreements with target oemsThis includes commercial terms, pricing, product configurations and risk assessment.
Establish strong working relationships at multiple levels with key customers and end users.
Negotiate and make offers in accordance with company procedures
Provide regular account summary reports to sales manager and global account manager.
Interface with large end user/ oem accounts (as assigned) to ensure consistent national support at a local area.
Your background
Bachelor degree and 12 years of relevant experience selling a technical product within a complex business environment or associate degree and 14 years relevant experience selling a technical product within a complex business environment or high school diploma and 16 years relevant experience selling a technical product within a complex business environment.
60% travel required.
Required experience with strategic sellingHas ability to uncover decision makers, penetrate c-level, and determine/address personal motivations.
General working knowledge of plc`s, ac drives, hmi, motion control, motor control, circuit protection preferred.
Extensive sales background in lv & mv drives preferred.
Documented success selling machine control and automation in the oem market space preferred
Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work for abb in the usa.
