Aaa club alliance is seeking an insurance compliance & quality assurance specialist to join our dynamic quality assurance team! this position is responsible for assessing and assuring total compliance of underwriting rules, guidelines, procedures, programs and systems**property and casualty insurance license required**

What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Property & casualty license - required**
4 years of experience in a personal lines insurance industry environment
2 years of experience with an insurance agency policy administration and management system preferred
What you will be doing:
Coordinate coaching needs for insurance associates, as warranted to ensure all agency, club and carrier compliance and quality assurance systems are met.
Maintain current with internal and external systems, applications and requirement updates.
Maintain and update coaching material, as warranted.
Perform random audits of insurance applications, documentation and transactions completed by compliance & quality assurance associates.
Identify potential error and omissions generated by an agent, associate and operational procedureTaking immediate action to escalate and correct any issues.
Research carrier system issues and provide insurance associates with updates or progress.
Assist in carrier audits of the insurance agency files.
Monitor and follow-up on outstanding issues, responding accurately and timely.
Monitor and update any changes within the carriers guidelines, products or procedures and disseminate to the insurance agency associates and sub-producers.
Provide daily metrics to management and all other club associates.
Respond to routine inquiries from customers (internal and external).
Set up new agents with telecom skills, and monitor daily use including agent administration.
Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with the agency and carrier regulatory compliance requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
