Summary: Provide on-site support to project coordinators and project management team.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Assist in the planning and coordinating of on-site functions including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling, engineering, material control, procurement, safety and provide day to day support to project foremen, superintendents as needed. Maintain all records including jobsite master schedule, document control log, change order log, time keeping, and field project files. Assist in project safety and coordinate zero injury program. Initiate the purchase order process and rent and manage equipment procurement. Perform additional duties per supervisor’s direction. Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or experience: Sophomore, junior or senior attending a four year college or university in construction management, engineering or related degreeConstruction background helpful.
Computer skills: Knowledge of primavera scheduling software desired; ms excel and ms word required.
Must be available to travel to sites not yet determined. Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
