What we are looking for we are looking for a project manager of customer on-boarding who will be responsible for supporting the most important early phase of the customer lifecycle, on-boarding, and working with our customer success team to deliver measurable outcomesYou will be responsible for rapidly translating business & technology requirements into outcomes and driving them to realize a fast time-to-value from their investment in tealium.
Your day to day
Project manage a portfolio of varied customer on-boardings to drive successful outcomes.
Maintain and track all projects and documentation, ensure proper and consistent communication of status to the client and tealium teams.
Ensuring the platform is successfully rolled-out according to required timescales and customer initiative requirements.
Collaborate with sales and customer success team members to accelerate time to value.
Engage with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals for using tealium.
Building relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to lay the foundations for continued growth and partnership.
Understand and document client stakeholder roles & hierarchy within a detailed account to ensure successful transitions to the cs account team after on-boarding.
Coordinate effectively with agencies and third parties.
Help drive early adoption, setting kpis and success metrics.
Advocate and collect customer business use-cases to product development.
Effectively organize enablement training and workshops.

You have a high level of intellectual curiosity and are passionate about ground breaking technologies like tealium.
You bring 4 + years of project management/implementation experience in a saas environment dealing with simple and complex matrixed organizations.
You have formal certifications (pmp, pmgp, agile).
Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency.
You have the ability to think creatively, own issues and excel in fast-paced situations.
You effectively communicate & negotiate with customers and internal teams in a timely manner.
This includes prioritizing and escalating important issues, providing ongoing status updates and properly managing expectations.
You have the ability to travel for offsite client meetings.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
You’re known for being a good collaborator and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm throughout the on-boarding engagement.
You have technical domain knowledge of two or more of the following: mobile, apis, automation, marketing, analytics or programming (html etc).
You have prior experience scoping projects and writing statements of work (sows) estimating work as it relates to cost, time, and resources.
