Manages staff, including other program managers; plans and controls day to day project activities and budgets; implements it governance; manages customer relationships, enabling commitment; works with business unit to define needs and arranges appropriate resources; coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers for multiple projects / programs, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management; accountable for work development of work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers, acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing; monitors and manages achievement of sla with suppliers and isp; coordinates communication, escalation, and financial impact management, when slas are not met.
Essential job functions
An experienced guide and advocate for agile mindsets, behaviors and processes, the dataops & agile coach is responsible for guiding teams through the implementation of the agile methodology and data ops processes through coaching, improving team processes and championing continuous improvement.
High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
Track and coordinate formal agile training of all edo resources.
Champions implementation of agile standard methodologies across edo teams.
Responsible for the definition and instantiation of dataops within the edo and ultimately the enterprise.
Supports continuous improvement of methods and incorporates them into day-to-day work of the teams.
Coordinates and establishes agile team constructs and promotes self-organization, collaboration and improved team dynamics.
Removes and/ or appropriately escalates team hurdles and blockers to enable business value delivery.
Provides guidance on agile practices for the edo, including creating training materials and other tools.
Identifies challenges and opportunities for teams and key roles (e.g., product owner, scrum master, tech lead,) and generates a tailored coaching plan for each to help them on their journey.
Identifies tools, trainings or additional resources individuals should leverage to build on their opportunity areas as part of their coaching plan.
Special skill requirement
May require occasional traveling.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language.

Colorado only: the pay range for this job being performed in colorado would be $102,400 to $136,500
