Summary:
The cloud program manager (cpm) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to both infor and our customersThe cpm may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business functions while keeping management and stakeholders informed of schedules, priorities, and problemsThe cpm does not typically have management responsibilities such as hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; however, may assist with such decisions and activitiesThe cpm may play many different roles in actual practice.
A day in the life typically includes:
Project planning and management – define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
Hold teams accountable for their commitments, remove roadblocks to their work and leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
Support the product owner in managing internal expectations for project deliverables, manage stakeholder communication, and help implement an effective system of project governance
Evaluate project management processes being leveraged and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices.
What you will need
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent organizational, analytical, decision making and communications skills.
Experience using project tools such as jira/greenhopper, rally, versionone or equivalent
Experience with implementation of major erps and/or financial or hcm applications saas/cloud solutions
Experience leading dev ops projects
Excellent customer facing communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Project management professional (pmp) / prince ii/ scrum master certification
Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Strong working knowledge of microsoft office
