This position is available to both the tucson-area and remote candidatesAt this time, simpleview can currently only employ remote staff who reside in the following u.sStates or canadian province: arizona, british columbia, california, colorado, florida, idaho, new mexico, north carolina, oregon, pennsylvania, tennessee, texas, utah, washington and wisconsinPreference will be given to pittsburgh and tucson based candidates.

Job summary:
The project manager-crm production oversees all implementation staff and is a primary point of contact for clients migrating to simpleview’s crm solutionCrm production project managers are responsible for meeting project requirements throughout project lifecycle from gathering requirements and materials, delivering clear directives, overseeing implementation, and ensuring on-time delivery of workProject managers are also responsible for onsite and web-based training in addition to providing documentation, as needed.
The project manager-crm production must possess outstanding communication, technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven customer service and project management experienceThe position also requires successful collaboration with simpleview production teams, web teams, it, and research and developmentBilingual is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Determine project needs and resources required to execute crm implementation projects
Work with internal teams to scope new work
Review crm contracts and proposals to eliminate scope creep
Schedule project meetings with customers, programmers, and other projects participants
Collect and organize all project materials, such as data, reports, templates, etc.
Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule
Develop and track project action items and issues
Maintain project documentation and schedules based on crm implementation process
Check and test completed tasks from team to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity
Responsible for ensuring all time and billing is accounted for in our internal systems
Responsible for training clients on the crm system and best practicesTraining is conducted online and in person at client sites
Responsible for providing feedback from clients to sales and development teams.
Maintaining project schedules throughout life cycle through documentation
Immediately notify clients and senior manager-crm production if a project schedule is changed
Travel requirement: 25% including travel to international destinations
Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal staff
Detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills
Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and conference calls with clients, internal staff, and third-party vendors
Ability to efficiently and effectively work with the internal departments and third-party vendors
Ensure completion/delivery of required tasks/deliverables from clients, internal staff, and 3rd party vendors via diligent communication/monitoring, documentation, organizational processes, and time-management techniques
Ensure milestones are met and projects are completed on time and under budget
Facilitate online or on-site training sessions
Create and maintain positive client relationshipsMaintain a proven track record of high-level client satisfaction
Solid understanding of crm implementation process
Ability to document all steps of crm implementation process and communicate project status to clients and crm management.
Performance metrics :
Hours must be billable.
Attendance, arriving at office on time
Projects/tickets completed by due date and under budget
Quality execution of tickets and projects
Adherence to simpleview’s mission statement and core values
