The duties will involve assisting the account manager with various aspects of day-to-day servicing of commercial p&c accounts.
Primary responsibilities and duties:
Request policy changes from carriers Update system apps as needed Issue certificates of insurance, auto id cards, and other documentation Follow up with clients for premium payments Gather and submit binding/policy subjectivities Manage all aspects of account administrations All other duties as assigned by management as needed
Minimum of 1-2 years’ prior insurance experience Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Must be detailed oriented Knowledge of ams360 and worksmart/imageright a plus Proficient with ms office, especially word and excel
