Based just outside of boston in somerville's davis square, oho interactive is a digital marketing agency specializing in user research, website design and development, content strategy and digital marketingWe work with clients across industries including higher education, healthcare, and arts & non-profit.
Oho is hiring an account coordinator to join our growing client services teamThe account coordinator will be an integral part of the team, managing tasks for our existing clients and working closely with our account managers and account directors across multiple accounts on a daily basisThe account coordinator will work on client projects related to web design and development, website maintenance and support, and digital marketing initiatives such as campaign management, seo, and analytics.
Work alongside account managers to provide clients with regular project updates through ticket estimate reports, project status calls, project plans, etc.
Use project management tools and software including but not limited to jira, basecamp, mavenlink, smartsheets, hubspot, google drive.
Assist account managers to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Attend and takes notes during internal project meetings and client meetings
Manage monthly sprints including development ticket entry, ticket management, jira board maintenance, etc.
Update client hours report on a weekly basis.
Manage resource schedule for website maintenance work.
Complete project setup process for retainer renewals and service projects.
Coordinate with internal team members to complete client work including developers, designers and digital marketing specialists.
Bachelor’s degree required
1+ years of experience in a digital project management role
Previous experience in an agency or agency-like environment
Experience with content management systems such as drupal, wordpress and/or cascade
Experience with standard project management tools
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making ability
Superior time management and organizational skills with experience working on multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and flexibility to adapt with demands as needed
Motivated with the ability to self manage and interest to expand knowledge
This position is client facing; excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
A degree in business, marketing, communications or other related field
Familiarity with web analytics and reporting (such as google analytics, google tag manager, google search console)
