Project coordinator
Suresite consulting group, llc provides complete infrastructure deployment services through its teams of real estate, planning, and engineering, environmental, project management and construction management expertsOur regional offices are located in cleveland, chicago, denver, and los angeles.
We are currently looking for a project coordinator to provide support to project teams which includes direct communication with project managers, site development specialists, construction managers, engineering staff and some client interactionThe project coordinator is actively involved in all project phases including: project start up, leasing, compliance, design, zoning and permitting, construction activities and project close out.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competenceThe position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on timeThe person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined.

Essential functions and job requirements:
Prepares or reviews various reports, forms, e-mail messages, trackers, documents and various correspondences.
Maintain a high degree of integrity when communicating with the project team, external customers and vendors.
Develops, maintains and continuously monitors accurate and complete files for projects and programs.
Updates necessary internal and external tracking system(s) and databases daily to ensure that project and/or program status reporting is current and accurate.
Tracks project deliverables and forecasted dates while monitoring deadlines.
Schedules subcontractors as needed.
Works with finance team on purchase orders and invoicing.
Provides regular and timely reports highlighting variances in the data for project management review.
Provides data entry to support management ensuring accurate tracking of project deliverables.
Provides status reports to project managers and other key personnel as requested, communicating project issues prior to reaching critical status.
Creates and distributes internal and external correspondence relevant to the project.
Communicates status of assigned tasks to manager as well as team members and other departments as needed.
Provides additional administrative support as required.
Other duties or special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must work pst hours
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years in general business environment with project coordination and /or administration experience preferred.
Construction project coordination experience a plus.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent ms excel skills.
Able to self-direct work assigned and effectively prioritize activities between multiple projects.
Ability to listen, discern and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
Communicate clearly with others, both verbal and written, including reports, business letters and other project related correspondence.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient computer skills: microsoft outlook, word, sharepoint is a plus.
Able to learn to navigate various client databases.
Able to travel as required.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the criteria of company policy.
Must be able to bend, squat and sit for extended periods.
Must be able to lift 5-10 pounds as needed.
