Equivity is looking for an administrative professional who is based in eastern or central time zone and has experience providing executives with project coordination supportThe applicant would apply their skills to supportinga number of clients, including the national sales team of an it consulting firmYour project coordination experience should include collaborating with internal teams to reach goals, creating and fine-tuning sops, sows and analytical reportingYou should also be comfortable assisting with typical administrative tasks, including calendaring, email inbox management, and document creationIf you enjoy supporting high level executives achieve their business goals, pride yourself on your organizational abilities, pay meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a work-from-home environment, we want to hear from you!
Candidates for this role should be adept at technology utilized in remote environments, including microsoft office, dynamics, and project management tools such as asana, trello or basecampThe ideal candidate will have supported executives completely remotely for at least one year, and will be an expert multi-tasker, and a high-level communicator.
One role that candidates would undertake in this position would include collaborating with corporate marketing, senior management, engineering, and product marketing teams for a large strategic services and information technology consulting firmCandidates should be comfortable problem-solving and taking a proactive approach to tasks and challengesThe selected candidate would be responsible for educating the internal teams on partner platforms, funding, writing sop’s and managing the internal group coordinating various projects.
In addition to this project coordination role, the selected candidate can expect to provide administrative support to executives, including calendaring, expense reports, and document creation.

The selected candidate would be hired as a part-time employee (w2) of equivity, not an independent contractor (1099)We are looking for somebody who has at least 25 hours per week of availability, and the starting pay is $20.00 per hourWe are a growing business and are looking for a virtual executive assistant who is excited to partner with us and is interested in a long-term role with our company.

3+ years of experience as an office manager, operations manager, or project coordinator directly reporting to the company ceo or president
3+ years of experience working in a corporate business environment, assisting with sop’s, sow’s, and processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency in workflow
Light sales experience and/or working in an administrative support role within a national sales team
Proficiency with microsoft office and the google suite of programs
Proficiency with microsoft dynamics
Availability to work and make and respond to calls within an hour in a professional setting between 9 am and 6 pm monday through fridaycentral time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to internet
