The project coordinator supports several projects assigned to project managers by generating ship schedules, lead schedules, submittals, rga’s, and overall record retentionThe position offers growth to a project manager role or quotations specialist positionImportantly, those who are qualified possess the following attributes;

Generate and maintain quickbooks estimate, sales order, and purchase order (po) to process and fulfill orders
Follow-up with vendors and shippers for po’s corresponding to your projects
Generate, update and transmit ship schedules corresponding to your projects
Complete and edit quotes and submittals corresponding to your projects
Establish and maintain accurate records for your projects
Close-out your assigned projects; process rga’s, sales orders, o&m’s etc.
Attend project meetings to transcribe notes & track follow-up items via calendar management
Answer phone calls, ensuring that correct messages are transcribed
Perform other administrative responsibilities to support pm's as needed
Physical: work is primarily sedentary; occasionally walks &/or standsReaches with hands & arms, climb or balance, & stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlRegularly required to lift &/or move up to 15 pounds.
Manual dexterity: frequent use of computer keyboard & mouse, writing & typing, & frequent use of hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools & controls.
Audio/visual: ability to accurately interpret sounds & associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversationRegularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish & interpret information received visually & through audio; e.g., words, numbers & other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print & other media.
Environment: primarily works in an indoor office environmentDog-friendly office environment.
College preferred but not required, ged required
Minimum two years’ experience working as a project coordinator or a similar order fulfillment role is required
Qb’s desktop experience preferred
Attention to detail / accuracy skills required
Computer literacy, fast & accurate typing & excellent data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency with ms suite applications & outlook
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately & quickly
Self-directed; supervision level may be intermittent or general, depending on experience
Uses sound judgment and rigor in executing job responsibilities
