As a project coordinator, customer success, you will provide support to the customer engagement team with regards to the successful planning, execution, & reporting of projectsThe combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to support partner solutions will be critical.
In this position, you will oversee all project plans, creation of materials for customer-facing meetings, and assisting with the coordination of communications to customers when necessaryWith your collaborative and teamwork nature, you will support our broader team to complete all project-related tasks in support of our customersThis is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment.
Who you’ll work with:
The qualified candidate will report to our director of customer success and will work closely with our customer success team (i.eCsms).
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
You have previous operations or customer service experience in the healthcare industry
You have experience with process documentation and maintenance
You can manage several tasks and competing priorities
You are a strong communicator
You are a self-starter and self-motivator
You work well with cross functional teams
You have a “figure it out” mentality - someone who can take limited information and find a solution
Although not required, salesforce experience would be a plus
You have a shared passion for our mission and helping customers and team members improve patient care across the healthcare continuum
You have exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to understand technical as well as healthcare jargon and tailor messaging to relevant audiences
You have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once
You have strong problem-solving skills
You hold a bachelor’s degree, with additional technical and customer service experience a plus
Although not required, knowledge of data analytics would be a plus
