Winncompanies is searching for a learning and operations support specialist to provide integrated training and operations performance consulting for military project sitesIn this role, you will partner with directors of property management, executive managers, facilities, marketing, operations technology, and accounting to identify training needs at project sites and to deliver training programs and recommend solutions for improving employee and resident engagementIn addition, this person will be responsible for developing and delivering training manuals, online learning modules and course materials utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
Provide training support for policy, procedure and process implementation
Provide integrated yardi and task training
Serve as performance consultant to local site leadership, including the director of property management (dpm), property manager and director of maintenance
Identify gaps in performance gaps and address training needs
Report work environment needs and make recommendations to site leadership
Assist with individual employee development plans
Assist with the planning, training and rollout of company initiatives
Ensure site employees are in compliance with required company training
Maintain accurate, neat and orderly records and manage travel expenses
Conduct on site and remote compliance assessments and develop action plans
Partner with dpms to monitor resident and employee satisfaction and implement resident satisfaction survey action plans
5-8 years years of property management or maintenance and/or experience training/learning and development
Proficient with mobile devices and platforms and microsoft office
Yardi or similar industry software experience
Comfortable speaking and facilitating in front of a group
Superior analytical skills including the ability to assess a situation, and gather information systematically to establish fact and identify key issues
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Willing to travel 50% of the time
Valid driver's licence
Yardi or other similar industry software
Curriculum development experience
Video editing experience
