We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated administrative assistant intern to enhance the experience of our current and future members.
As an administrative assistant intern, you will track all points of client engagement, address inquiries, and identify ways to improve the client’s journeyYour insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our customer base while promoting a positive brand imageThis internship will sharpen your customer service skills and familiarize you with client relationship management along with many other skill setsYou will be challenged in this role with meeting deadlines and multi-tasking as we balance multiple projects at onceWe like to work together as a team and you can help us as we launch from the ground up!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Tracking customer experiences across online platforms and offline tracking tools
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team
Social media outreach to past, present, and future customers
Aligning customer experience strategies with company marketing initiatives
Identifying and taking proactive steps to maintain a positive customer experience
Responding to customer inquiries and in a timely and effective manner by email, phone, social media, or other chat applications
Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as complaints
Assisting in creating standard operating procedures
Exploring new tools/platforms to better manage our customer experience
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in english, spanish is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to learn is an absolute must
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
