Are you an extremely detailed person who has performed logistics or scheduling in the past? do you have past automotive title clerk experience at a car dealer, auction, or dmv? are you phone friendly, outgoing, technology savvy, multi-tasker, and have a flexible schedule weekdays and some weekends, and can be available between 8 am to 6 pm on an as-needed basis? iautoagent is growing quickly and would like a professional that would like to work at home to start on the ground floor of one of the most innovative automotive companies in the usWe are the real estate agents for carsYou don't have to come into an office and training will be provided remotelyWe are the only company of its kind and plan to be nationwide in the near futureYou can always work from home and have a flexible scheduleThis position is fun and we have wonderful people on the iautoagent team.

Daily or as needed tasks
Schedule inspections
Schedule detail
Schedule photos and videos
Schedule coordinate other things as needed
Communicate with the seller- via, email, phone, or text on the details of the inspection, photos, and videoYou also will follow up with the seller if no response and or with any questions and or challenges
Communicate with the detail company via phoneFollow up with any questions and or challenges.
Communicate with our photographer and videographer: - via phone, email.
Communicate with the salesperson as needed.
Review calendar-and scheduled items on the calendar as needed
Add new vehicles and update the schedule items in trello and add any other important information about the scheduled transactions
Reschedule things due to weather and or changes
Respond and communicate via text, email phone calls from sellers, salespersons, and vendors as needed.
Check email and notifications often during the day.
Research shipping/transportation quotes as directed.
Work directly with clients, banks, credit unions to resolve problems, respond to inquiries, and provide technical support on title issues
New-hire paperwork, drug tests, background checks, mvr checks, and initiated programs or policies
Make sure all bills are paid in a timely manner
Manage company books and act as a liaison with company accountant

Attributes:
1+ years in scheduling and logistics
Past experience as automotive title clerk at a car dealer, auction or dmv is a huge must!
