Seeking a part-time administrative/marketing coordinator.
Position description: this is a blended position that entails both marketing and administrative dutiesWe provide high-level marketing, administrative, social media, graphic and web design services for our clientsIn business since 2006, our team has grown and we are looking to add another dedicated resource to our team.
Responsibilities are varied daily to meet the daily needs of our clientsYou must be quick on your feet and an excellent problem solverYou must know how to take initiative to get things done to meet deadlinesAdministrative duties would include managing client calendars, scheduling and confirming their client appointments, handling client reschedules and setting up meetingsInternet research, generating simple reports in excel, occasional powerpoint presentations and various other administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing responsibilities would include setting up and sending out client newsletters, updating and sending out blogs, creating and monitoring social media accounts (hootsuite experience is a plus!).
This position will also be the direct support person to the ownerThis would include the same administrative and marketing as we provide to our clients.
You must have experience in social media, a contact management system such as salesforce, outlook, gmail, office 365 or other like email clientsExperience in wordpress, mailchimp or constant contact a definite plus!
A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative and/or marketing role is required.
This fully remote position is needed with daily availability m- f (between 9a - 5p)Hours will vary, but anticipate 5 - 10 hours per week.
Flexibility is a mustAt times we have last minute requests or busy times with clients so you will need to be able to work as needed to ensure the needs of our clients and business are taken care of before you leave.

Qualifications and skills
Minimum 3 years administrative and marketing experience.
Must be comfortable on the phoneWe manage several client calendars and appointment scheduling (no cold calls, no cold sales etc.)
