A project and office admin at tepia co will help facilitate projects and assist personnel on various tasksFacilitation is keyOur admins must be ready to assist tepia executives, pm’s, and graphic designers, and developersTherefore, organization and strong communication skills are required.
Tepia co will provide trainingYou will work closely with ceo as an office admin and with a project manager to get a feel for what is requiredWe have internal checklists and documentation to assist throughout the process.
List of duties
Take on one-time projects such as various admin tasks Researching and collecting data online Help creating wireframes, sketches, and/or writing project documentation Participate and takes notes for weekly meetings with clients, vendors (developers, designers, or qa engineers), and manager Instruct and keep devs and designers accountable from documentation Organization of all files in google drive Manage trello boards Record youtube tutorials for clients Review work Quality assurance Read and review apis Interview / recruit vendors (developers, designers, or qa engineers)
Strong planning and organization skills Understanding of technology Communication Technical writing
Job type: full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
8 hour shift Monday to friday
