Full job description
We are seeking multiple admins to assist with managing billing, payroll, customer support and client inquires, process transactions, and light sales.
We pay high sales commissions and provide the best training and scripts with high conversion rates.
Make and receive call both outbound and inbound
Route calls to proper departments answer escalated calls.
Maintain a data base and input info into a crm
Follow-up with prospective clients
Candidates should be:
Organized
Well spoken
Type 30wpm
Have a working knowledge of ms word, excel and google search.
Able to work alone and with a team
Excellent with time management
Grammatically accurate in spelling.
Manage and send emails
*must have working computer, headset and internet with speeds of 50mbs upload and 50mbs download speeds.
*must have a quiet back ground.
