Full job description
Responsible for the following:
Preparing sales orders, recording into an excel file, matching to customer invoices, ensuring accurate information, and maintaining accurate records.
Preparing purchase orders to vendors, recording into excel file, matching to sales orders, ensuring accurate information.
Working closely with us and japan personnel, and coordinating customer invoice preparation against sales orders, and vendor invoices.
Maintaining logs of all unmatched documents and reporting monthly.
Other duties as assigned.
