The transformation manager supports the digital transformation of tuft & needle and serta simmons bedding through the direct to consumer business unit, focused on identifying strategies and tactics to improve the company’s processes, tools, and structure to increase growth and efficiency across brands and functionsFrom ideation to driving strategy to ensuring successful launch & reporting insights, this role ensure business needs are solved for, keeps initiatives on track and ensures that all team members have what they need in order to deliverThis role will serve as the point person for organizing the internal working teams and representing those teams to leadership.
Cultivate revenue growth for the direct to consumer division by driving strategic priorities & workstreams that unlock growth
Analyze business metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve operations and the customer experience across sites, functions, and categories
Use competitive & industry data to identify opportunities for ssb, build the strategy to win those opportunities & drive the execution of the strategy.
Partner across category management, product management, merchandising operations, brand, marketing, supply chain, sales, and more to drive initiative collaboration
Design and evolve processes for all aspects of the company’s digital operations with a focus on maximizing quality, flexibility, collaboration, transparency, and speed
Document incoming project requests and prioritize appropriately, including backlog maintenance
Lead discovery and kick-off meetings for project inception and requirement gathering
Establish individual project plans and kpis
Generate and track milestones; evaluating project issues and driving the resolution
Coordinate and run stand-ups and check-in meetings with project/stakeholder teams
Work with leadership to manage resources and availability to ensure peak efficiency across working teams
Excellent interpersonal skills (articulate communicator and strong listener) in order to manage multiple external partnerships and to coordinate across t&n teams.

Able to work on multiple projects at once, with excellent time management skills
3-7 years experience in category management, project management or client/account management
Strong business acumen related to consumer-facing businesses and ability to assess impact of decisions on overall business performance
Proficient with powerpoint or keynote, supported by exceptional presentation skills
Proficient with excel, specifically building financial models and forecasts
