As an ipm with korn ferry, you will have the opportunity to apply your talent acquisition experience by assisting our clients with implementing innovative strategies across the talent acquisition disciplinesThe ipm leads the launch of new accounts or growth launches within existing accountsThey do this by gathering sales information, leading a series of kick off meetings, then goes into the implementation phases of discovery, design, build, test, induct, and stabilizeThey could build the delivery design for a team of 1 to 100 (or more!)Depending on the account, they may be the sole builder, or they may be leading a very large team to help them build the programThey could be working on local, regional, multi-regional, and global projectsThe ideal candidate will have full project lifecycle implementation experience working with the industry leading technologies and have worked with a diverse range of clients.
In this capacity, you will provide engagement leadership on client solutions and be responsible for managing the customer relationship and ensuring that project execution meets our high standard of customer satisfactionYou will also support business development activities throughout the sales cycle.
Responsible for full cycle implementation of an assigned rpo client/project
Leading, consulting on, and managing client implementation activities while serving as the liaison between the functional, technical and vendor teams
Creating professional, in-depth account-specific project plans and operational toolkits
Working with a team of korn ferry subject matter experts to deliver activities against this plan
Identifying and managing the change and risks associated with implementations
Facilitating the development of business requirements, key performance metrics, and future state process, in line with korn ferry tools and best practice
Planning, leading, consulting, and facilitation of discovery and design sessions and documentation of gap analysis / client needs
Planning, hosting, and facilitation of the induction/training and onboarding for the new ta delivery team
Creating training materials and operational tools for the ta delivery team
Acting as a ‘quality gate’ for work-stream level activities and the solution overall
Providing best practice subject matter expertise on a range of core areas that include: change management, recruitment process design, full-cycle testing, performance reporting and sourcing strategy
Development of post go-live stabilization and on-going support strategy and plans
Development of compelling business cases for customer initiatives
Budget management of large complex projects
Oversight of integrations between multiple recruitment technologies or within talent acquisition suites
Leveraging the wider capability of the korn ferry business to support clients where needs are identifiedFor example within the assessment, employer branding and recruitment technology fields
The implementation project manager will also provide support to business development activities such as providing relevant content for proposals and/or attending client pitches
Skills & experience
Knowledge of one or more talent acquisition leading technologies: (i.eWorkday, taleo, successfactors, silkroad, icims, kenexa/brassring, adp/virtual edge, cornerstone ondemand)
Knowledge of corporate and/or public entity talent practices
2+ years of experience managing talent acquisition teams or 2+ years project management in the ta space
2+ years of process implementation design experience with business process re-engineering or design skills
2+ years of experience of co-implementing with different technologies such as: ats’s, hris’s, onboarding systems
2+ years of experience leading change management workstreams
2+ years of experience identifying and mitigating risks
5+ years of experience utilizing microsoft office suite tools, including visio, excel, and ms project to effectively create and manage project deliverables
5+ years of experience displaying both verbal and written communications skill with the ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions and present to diverse customer audiences, including executive leadership and client base
Ability to travel up to 50% annually
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience
Proven self-starter with the ability to work on a variety of projects with minimal supervision
