About the role
We are looking for an experienced insurance professional to be one of two first hires on a newly formed customer success teamThis person will own relationships with several enterprise level insurance customers, with the opportunity to cover additional customer segments as we continue to expandThis is a high-profile customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management and program management skills to guide customers successfully from deployment to operationalizationThe position is highly collaborative - working across multiple internal teams to ensure we deliver a quality product to our customersThis role reports to the vp, customer success.
What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to foster strategic, long-term business relationships
Implement solutions with customers, creating and executing project plans
Create and execute strategic account plans, in conjunction with account executives
Act as an expert on groundspeed products/solutions and insurance data in order to achieve retention goals and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with product on prioritizing product enhancements
Report against customer kpis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
What we're looking for
5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with significant exposure to insurance business processes
High level of proficiency with data and analytics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Project management capabilities, with experience implementing change management programs for customers
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to align key customer stakeholders and internal teams
Demonstrated capabilities in cross-functional team work
