Sales operations planning & deployment manager- anaplan (remote)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of a dynamic team that is driving the transformation around end to end sales planning and incentive compensation via anaplanProvide planning leadership for key projects, business integrations, and new capabilities through engagement with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment around future state requirements and internal resources to enable build, test, transformation and implementation activitiesYou will look for opportunities to optimize the platform structure based on the current state and future state roadmapYou will play a critical role around new business integration both into end to end sales readiness processes (territory and quota) and also for incentive compensation managementAdditionally, you will build out processes of engagement to maintain model integrity and support decentralized functional user development and integration into the platformYou will play a key role in documenting platform architecture, maintaining work instructions and supporting training and knowledge transfer to platform users.
You are responsible for
Provide planning leadership and project management to drive the development and evolution for the anaplan spm infrastructure to transform and scale readiness processes, e2e planning and commissions execution for north america
Manage all aspects of aligned projects including requirements development, project plans, poc’s, development, delivery and training
Assess risk points and drive mitigation
Manage relationships with sales, operations, finance, hr, it and other key stakeholders to maximize data integration and quality through anaplan
Maintain engagement with key stakeholders participating in relevant forums, share progress around planning and development and identify opportunities to leverage best practices
Represent na requirements and interests in broader forums to maximize capabilities and support development milestones
Drive planning and execution for transformation strategies as necessary including support, training, communication etc.
Provide leadership for development resources to deliver on time and maintain model integrity and manage size limitations
Assess expansion opportunities and initiatives and develop the business case for review and approval with appropriate stakeholders (sales and operations leadership, it, hr, finance)
Support project plan development and long term plan creation to effectively manage the delivery of capabilities to support business evolution – assess critical areas, provide insight around opportunities and develop a prioritized list for capability extension and align with key stakeholders around focus
Participate in deep dive planning / kaizen forums where necessary to solution / optimize key areas
Build and maintain short and long term planning roadmap
Provide oversight for daily management of the platform
Maintain issue logs and drive timely and effective management / closure
Engage partners as needed to deliver solutions / fixes
Develop and deliver platform quality metrics
Host a regular cadence of meetings / communications to ensure key parties are informed of process, issues, risks etc.
Support compliance efforts and management practices as appropriate

You will be a key member of the sales operations organization and laying the groundwork for future state planning excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Strong planning skills
Project management / program management skills
Experience with sales operations activities – territory management, quota deployment, resource optimization, forecasting, compensation
Knowledge of agile development
Experience with anaplan or development in other similar platforms
Experience executing new business integrations
Track record of delivering effective complex planning and project management execution
Strong communication / presentation skills
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization
