Sodexo is seeking a proposal project manager – with our creative services departmentThis is a virtual positionCandidates for this position must be able to manage multiple projects, objectives and continually shifting deadlines, and operate with a sense of urgencyOur fast-paced, high-pressure environment occasionally requires extended hours due to strict client-prescribed deadlines.

This position requires advanced competencies in the execution of internal client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, and on budget delivery if sales materialsOur ideal candidate will have a 3-5 years of experience managing rfpsAttention to detail and ability to work independently are critical.
The ideal candidate will:
Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
Contributes in developing initial creative strategies to address core sales and business objectives.
Collaborate and work well in a team environment and is able to provide clear direction when supporting the development of the creative brief.
Research clients and their target audience to support creative messaging and design; keeping abreast of current business challenges and competitor strategies.
Build strong relationships and partnerships by becoming a credible, trusted advisor to our partners in sales, in order to achieve effective outcomes in an efficient manner.
Be comfortable communicating project details across all levels of the organization and across multiple departments in a clear and concise manner.
Find common ground with clients when debating creative or strategic opinions.
Manage expectations with clients and colleagues in the internal creative department to ensure all milestones are met, negotiating timelines where required and providing clear status updates.
Be confident reviewing change requests, understanding the impact on the ‘big picture’ process and can respond to sales with alternative solutions.
Identify, assess and minimize risks throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Embrace and demonstrates excellent service spirit and provides a positive customer experience.
Be comfortable in communicating honest and open feedback in order to ensure continuous improvement.
Actively engages in their own professional development to continuously grow in project management profession; and support development of best practices.
Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.
Solution, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Facilitate and oversees production of all final proposal documentation and ensures accurate completion and delivery to the client.

Co equal pay act - the salary range for this position is up to $75k position summary: the proposal project manager executes internal client requests ensuring on-target, on-time, and on-budget delivery of sales materialsThe proposal project manager must exhibit outstanding project management and client communication skills in achieving the highest possible standards in client serviceThey need basic knowledge of clients’ business challenges to provide creative solutions and project management executionThe project manager will also be expected to participate in creative development meetings ensuring final output are on markIn addition, the proposal project manager will provide project management follow-through and accurate deliveryThis position maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first timeQualifications & requirements: basic education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
