Reporting to the director of systems & integrated solutions, the srProject managerThe srProject manager will lead strategic technology and operational projectsThis position will also support strategic technology and the vision and leadership for designing, developing and implementing business systems initiatives that create customer and/or business valueThis position is also responsible for helping to establish concept, design, and development of our business application systems and integrations that include systems access, permissions, end-user application support programs that report up to the director of systems & integrated solutions.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the followingOther duties and special projects may be assigned.
Subject matter expert on organizational technology systems use and growing needs.
Develops and documents technical and business requirements.
Lead tasks relating to implementation, operation, support, and maintenance of our business technology infrastructure and programs.
Assist the director of systems operations & integrations with tasks associated to multi-functional programs’ functional teams.
Developing technology roadmaps.
Create and manage strategic technical development tracking tools.
Leads and proactively manages new and existing systems projects and integrations, including but not limited to partnered unified women’s healthcare applications, athenahealth and salesforce.
Work with end users and technology teams to define and document requirements for systems projects (package or customer).
Incorporating feedback and input from care centers, unified teams
Define and maintain standardized department project management tools, resources for business systems implementations.
Periodic review of business systems process evaluations to identify and reduce gaps in systemized communication and functional tasks associated to the systems operations teams..
Create, edit, and maintain systems automation configurations and documentation.
Collaborate with director and other departments to identify cross-functional impact of systems updates.
Utilize data analysis tools to develop ad-hoc reports to provide user adoption.
Maintains all documentation relating to systems automation projects, including creating and maintaining process diagrams.
Participates in vendor evaluation process, planning, testing, training, and implementation of new systems, and integrations.
Analyzes the needs and requirements of users and develops documentation as needed.
Interface with users of business systems technology and integrations, while employing a high degree of tact and diplomacy to promote a positive image.
Understand and document business workflows in the organization and work with line management to make improvements.
Perform user acceptance testing to verify that a project meets defined requirements.
Qualifications

5-7 years previous project management experience required
3 + years experience with capturing visual technical designs in applications, preferably visio
Experience working with an organizational customer relationship management, erp and/or ticketing system, and analytics tools.
At least 5 + years previous healthcare or organization healthcare technology experience required; previous experience in healthcare epm strong understanding of cloud system integrations, user access, security, hipaa and hitrust as it correlates to epm/ehr software (athenahealth and nexgen preferred).
Experience building and maintain process diagrams via applications (preferably ms visio) required.
Experience with agile methodology.
Fluent in building and maintaining project plans via project management tools (preferably taskray, jira, ms projects)
Project management institute qualifying certification experience, or management of an it application (package or custom)
Strong experience with process improvement and change management.
